I’m grateful and and truly blessed to be introduced to this great and dedicated team. I have always received 5 star treatment. Rather I needed a simple adjustment or a need of a new prosthesis these guys was there for me. Same day visit. Once I call they are on the way with no hesitation. Every time they come out they bring me new supplies and check my fit, making sure I’m comfortable. Ever since I been introduced to this outstanding team, I been very comfortable. The joy I get to be able to walk with ease pain free makes me feel blessed. I am able to live my life with no fears no doubt no worries. The technology they use is second to none giving me the flexibility and durability to be able to play with my kids. Grateful to be able to move so smoothly. Due to they dedication I get compliments every where I go. People say young man you move so smoothly I didn’t notice you was a proud amputee. I have to say I LOVE the design and excellent engineering of a finished product, giving me a look that makes me proud of the testimony and walk that God assigned to my life.  Thank you. I have wasted so much time with other prosthetists before I found Matt at Ortho Fit. The others wouldn't listen to my needs and what I needed for being a young active guy. Once I got here and we started talking I knew that this was the final prosthetist I would need. Now even as a RAKA at Mid Thigh. The team at OrthoFit is terrific! I couldn’t get a comfortable fit elsewhere and OrthoFit took the time to understand my prosthetic issues, worked with my limb revision surgeon and gave me wonderful mobility. As an amputee, they’ve been a phenomenal partner in setting me up for success. Seth and Co. often pay house visits in the Asheville area, which makes it effortless to get help when needed. If there’s an issue, they fix it ASAP. Otherwise, the team is just a delight to work with. They’re friendly and timely and absolutely dedicated to their craft, which results in some fantastic hardware that’s easy to wear! Loving my new way of life they have given me every step of the way literally. I am on my 12th leg due to massive weight loss and Seth keeps saying he feels like a Rookie trying to keep chasing me. My experience with OrthoFit has been wonderful!  Matt and Justin have worked hard to ensure a proper fit of my prosthetic.  I’m in my second socket since my amputation in Aug.  Each time Ive gone in to get adjustments and fittings they have worked diligently to ensure I’m properly fitted and comfortable walking post adjustments. They are great at returning phone calls and text.  It’s well my time to make the 3.5 hr drive from TN. As amputees, we aren't given a plethora of places to turn to that will offer you high quality, durable,form fitting and comfortable prosthetics; luckily for us, there is OrthoFit!! Oh sure, there is the one big name place, and a few other places you can go -and in my journey as an amputee, I've been to a handful of them- but Noone anywhere is going to beat OrthoFit at what they do, noone!! You will NEVER find a more friendly,  honest, helpful and down to earth group of people to work with on your journey towards mobility than Seth and the entire crew at OrthoFit. I can tell you quite honestly, that they truly care about you and your mobility issues, and they take it very personally. That's why I like them so much; your health problem, your reason for being in this position, it becomes their problem; you are a member of the OrthoFit family, and to them  everyone is special, and deserving of the best care. I was in town for a funeral. I did not pack enough prosthetic socks to keep me comfortable with the amount of walking I was doing. I spent 3 hours calling different places looking to purchase some more so I wouldn’t cause any irritation to my residual limb. Most places I called required an appointment and a prescription. I was referred to Orthofit by another place because they didn’t have any in stock. I met with Jason and his staff and not only did they have exactly what I needed in stock but they gave them to me free of charge! Can not say enough about the staff and the warm welcome and patient care I received from them.
